Saiyaara to premiere on TV

During a year when movie theaters were full of noisy spectacles and action-packed blockbusters, one movie silently captured the country's affection. Saiyaara didn't depend on commotion or grandeur—it picked feeling.

And in doing so, it became the love story people couldn’t stop talking about. After its dream run at the box office, the film is now ready to find a new home with audiences everywhere as it makes its world television premiere.

Sony MAX shared the news with fans on Instagram, announcing that the film will air on 20th December at 8:00 PM, a date many have already circled on their calendars.

Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara introduced viewers to a new onscreen pairing—Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda.

Their chemistry, rawness, and emotional sincerity made them instant favorites. Fans praised how naturally their love story unfolded on screen.

India has always loved great romances—those that make you smile, ache, and remember what it’s like to fall deeply for someone.

Saiyaara captures that longing. The film tells the story of Krissh Kapoor (Ahaan), a passionate musician whose life revolves around melody and meaning, and Vaani Batra (Aneet), a gentle poet whose words feel like soft music.

Their bond grows through shared dreams and creative sparks. Then Krissh discovers that Vaani has Alzheimer’s. Instead of walking away, he chooses to stay. This represents the film’s unspoken message: love doesn’t fade when life gets tough; it often becomes stronger.

And then there’s the music—haunting, heartfelt, and unforgettable. The title track became an overnight sensation, filling playlists and timelines everywhere. It doesn’t just accompany the story; it lives within it.
