Aamir Khan’s life away from the camera has quietly taken a meaningful turn. The actor, who has never shied away from speaking honestly about love and relationships, is reportedly sharing a new home in Mumbai with his partner, Gauri Spratt.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the house is located close to where the rest of Aamir Khan’s family resides — a choice that reflects how important staying connected to family continues to be for him.
When asked about the timing of the move, Aamir Khan admitted that life currently feels a little chaotic. With his production Happy Patel gearing up for release, he shared, “This is happening right in the middle of my production Happy Patel being released. So, it’s madness."
The comment, delivered with characteristic honesty, captures how personal changes and professional responsibilities are unfolding side by side.
Naturally, the move has sparked conversations about marriage. However, Aamir Khan has made it clear that while the relationship is serious, there is no rush to make anything official.
Speaking openly about where he stands emotionally, he said, “Gauri and I are really serious about each other and we are in a very committed space. And we are, you know, we are partners. We are together. Marriage is something, I mean, in my heart, I’m already married to her. So whether we formalise it or not is something that, you know, I will decide as we go along."
Aamir Khan first confirmed his relationship with Gauri Spratt on his 60th birthday last year, surprising fans and media alike.
At a small, private gathering in Mumbai, he revealed that the two had known each other for 25 years before fate brought them back together around a year and a half ago. Reflecting on their reconnection, he shared, “We met accidentally, kept in touch, and it all happened organically."
Gauri Spratt, who is a mother to a six-year-old son, has previously spoken about wanting a partner who is kind, gentle and intelligent — qualities she feels she has found in Aamir Khan.
Their bond extends into their professional lives too, as Gauri now works with Aamir Khan’s production house.
Aamir Khan’s journey through relationships has been shaped by respect and understanding. He was first married to Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Ira Khan and Junaid Khan.
After their separation in 2002, he married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005. The couple parted ways in 2021 and share a son, Azad, born through surrogacy.
Despite the changes in his personal life, Aamir Khan continues to share warm, cordial relationships with both Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao
