Days prior to Maha Shivratri on February 15, AOORA launched his new single, Shiva Shivam.

In this song, he portrays Lord Shiva not merely as a deity but as an emblem of immense energy. The song's audio has been released, but fans are still anticipating the official music video. In the teaser clip, AOORA is portrayed as the Hindu deity.

After the music release, according to Chosun Daily, AOORA mentioned, “The experience of conveying the essence of Shiva through music and performance was a significant challenge and an opportunity for development. I wish it resonates with listeners not merely as basic EDM but as an exhilarating experience."

As AOORA shared the teaser for Shiva Shivam on Instagram, they stated, “Today is the third anniversary of my arrival in India. I recall my emotions upon arriving in Delhi and then traveling to Mumbai and various other locations in India, where I gained numerous experiences and received abundant affection. I'm thankful to God for everything, and I wish to discover even more. I would like to dedicate this song to all those who have contributed to my journey. This is not a song but rather a prayer that I wish will touch everyone's heart.”

AOORA intends to remain engaged with numerous new initiatives following the launch of Shiva Shivam. He is additionally creating short video content and DJ performances to engage more with his fans. In addition to this, he is getting ready for live stage shows and tours in India and Nepal.

AOORA gained significant popularity in India for his unique, upbeat K-pop covers of Indian songs, for example, Jimmy Jimmy and Woh Kisna Hai; his appearance on Bigg Boss 17 as a wildcard contestant; and his fusion of K-pop with Indian music.
