Singer Kanika Kapoor, best known for chartbusters like Baby Doll, has gone viral again, but this time for her handbag instead of her vocals. A new clip doing the rounds on Instagram shows Kanika stepping out in a striking mini bag shaped like a literal paint can, complete with a metal handle and a flip-top lid.
The quirky accessory is Louis Vuitton’s Paint Can Bag, a novelty design that looks like a small exterior paint tin. In the video, Kanika is seen holding the purple version close to the camera, and the packaging-inspired branding on the bag is hard to miss. It features bold text like Exterior Paint, along with Louis Vuitton heritage-style detailing that makes it look like a collectible straight out of an art supply store, only in luxury form.
So what is the price? Multiple reports pegged the bag at around Rs 1.9 lakh. The figure commonly quoted is Rs 1,91,522, which is roughly the same price point reported internationally at about £1,980.

The bag itself comes from Louis Vuitton’s line of playful, object-inspired designs associated with late designer Virgil Abloh’s era, and it has appeared in multiple bright colourways over time. Fashion watchers online have been divided, with many calling it a paint box or dabba, while others love it for exactly the same reason: it is weird, unmistakable, and instantly conversation-starting.
Kanika Kapoor rose to fame with Baby Doll and quickly became one of Bollywood’s most recognisable playback voices. She followed it up with hits like Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan, Desi Look, Lovely and Cheez Badi, known for punchy hooks and high-energy party vibes. Over the years, she has stayed a staple on film soundtracks and live stages.
