According to the commission's notification, a total of 649 shortlisted candidates are expected to appear for the interview round this year.

Candidates must carefully note the schedule and reporting instructions mentioned on their individual e-summon letters. The interviews will be held in two sessions daily:

Forenoon Session: Reporting time is 9:00 AM.

Afternoon Session: Reporting time is 1:00 PM.

Aspirants are advised to report to the UPSC office in New Delhi as per the specific date and session allocated to them. Carrying a printed copy of the e-summon letter along with original and photocopies of required documents is mandatory.

Steps to download UPSC 2025 E-Summon Letter

Step 1. Go to the UPSC's official portal at upsc.gov.in.

Step 2. On the homepage, locate and click on the active link titled "UPSC Civil Services (Main) Exam 2025 E-Summon Letter".

Step 3. You will be redirected to a secure login page. Enter your required credentials, such as your Registration ID/Roll Number and Date of Birth.

Step 4. After entering the details, click the 'Submit' button.

Step 5. Your personalised e-summon letter will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6. Verify all details carefully, download the PDF, and take multiple printouts for your interview and future reference.

Travel Allowance for Candidates

In a candidate-friendly measure, the UPSC provides travel expense reimbursement for attending the personality test. The reimbursement is restricted to Second Class or Sleeper class Mail/Express train fare. Candidates should retain their travel tickets and follow the instructions on the official website to claim the allowance.
