Yash, best known for his powerful performance in KGF: Chapter 2, has once again reminded fans why he remains so widely loved, this time its through a quiet, everyday moment away from the spotlight.
A candid picture of the actor from 2024 has resurfaced online and is now doing the rounds on social media. In it, Yash is seen during a visit to a small village in Karnataka, where he stopped at a humble roadside stall to buy ice candy.
The photo was taken when Yash had travelled with his wife Radhika Pandit and their children, Ayra and Yatharv, to seek blessings at the Chitrapur Math in Shirali. After their temple visit, the family paused at a local shop, unaware that their simple outing would later capture widespread attention.
In the now-viral image, Yash appears completely at ease, dressed casually in a lavender shirt, his long hair tied back neatly in a ponytail. Nearby, Radhika Pandit sits comfortably outside the shop in a pink churidaar, adding to the unfiltered, homely feel of the moment.
Fans, unsurprisingly, were quick to express their admiration. One comment read, “Onscreen king humble man in real life!” while another admirer noted, “Despite huge stardom, Yash remains simple and humble.” A different user remarked, “Yash BOSS is so simple. Just like us ordinary people taking pictures of themselves buying ice candy at the neighbourhood kirana shop and posting in social media.” Another added, “Superstar for a reason (red heart emoji). He's so down to earth. May God bless him forever,” echoing a sentiment shared by many.
On the work front, Yash was last seen as the iconic Rocky Bhai in KGF: Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel. He is now gearing up for Ramayana, helmed by Nitesh Tiwari, where he is going to portray Ravana alongside Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita.
He will also appear next in Toxic, directed by Geetu Mohandas, which is slated for release on 4 June 2026.
