UGC NET 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the exam city intimation slips for UGC NET 2024. Candidates appearing for the exam scheduled for August 21-23, 2024, can now download their city slips from the official UGC NET website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The UGC NET exam was originally scheduled for June 18, 2024, but was later canceled due to a suspected paper leak. The rescheduled exam will be held from August 21 to September 4, 2024, across various centers in India. The exam will be conducted for 83 subjects in the OMR (Pen and Paper) format. The exam will be held in two shifts: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Step 1. Visit the official UGC NET website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in

Step 2. On the homepage, locate and click the link for "UGC NET Exam 2024 City Intimation Slip."

Step 3. Enter your registration number and date of birth on the new page.

Step 4. Click "Submit" and view your city intimation slip.

Step 5. Download and print a copy of the slip for your records.

Important Note: Remember, the city intimation slip only informs you of your exam city. The admit card, containing details like the specific exam center address and exam day guidelines, will be released soon.

With the exam approaching fast, candidates can expect the release of UGC NET 2024 admit cards anytime soon. Do not confuse the city intimation slip with the admit card. The admit card is crucial for appearing for the exam; students won't be allowed entry without it.

The UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) is an entrance exam conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for:
