The UGC NET exam was originally scheduled for June 18, 2024, but was later canceled due to a suspected paper leak. The rescheduled exam will be held from August 21 to September 4, 2024, across various centers in India. The exam will be conducted for 83 subjects in the OMR (Pen and Paper) format. The exam will be held in two shifts: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
