
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has released the SEBI Grade A Result 2026 for the Phase 1 examination. Candidates can check the result on the official website, sebi.gov.in. The result has been published in PDF format and includes the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.
The result is for the recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts across several streams. These include the General Stream, Legal Stream, Information Technology Stream, Research Stream, Official Language Stream, and Engineering (Electrical) Stream.
Through the SEBI Grade A Examination 2025–26, the board aims to fill a total of 135 vacancies for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts. The Phase 1 result is only qualifying in nature. Candidates who have cleared the prelims will now be eligible to appear for the Phase 2 examination, which is scheduled to be held on 21 February 2026.
The final selection of candidates for Officer Grade A posts is based on performance in Phase 1, Phase 2, and the interview. Phase 2 marks carry 85 per cent weightage in the final merit list.
Steps to Check SEBI Grade A Result 2026
Candidates can follow the steps below to check and download the SEBI Grade A Phase 1 Result 2026:
Candidates who have qualified in Phase 1 will now have to appear for the Phase 2 online examination, scheduled for 21 February 2026. Only those whose roll numbers are listed in the Phase 1 merit list PDF will be allowed to appear for the mains exam. The scorecards will be released after the declaration of the SEBI Grade A result.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official SEBI website for updates related to the Phase 2 examination, cut-off marks, and further stages of the selection process.
