 -  Wire and Wireless (India) Ltd. (WWIL), the leading cable
 television service provider in India will be offering highest number
 of channels in the first phase of digitization in its three lucrative
 markets of Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai, under SITI Cable brand name.
 
 - In an industry first, SITI Cable executed DAS Interconnect
 agreement with about 55% of its Local Cable Operators, to give a big
 push to digitization.

 -The Company has been changed from 135, Continental Building, Dr.
 Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018 to 4th Floor, Madhu
 Industrial Estate, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400013.
 -The Company has changed the name of the Company to SITI NETWORKS
 LIMITED vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 05,
 2016.
