Alternate Director to Dr Prasada Rao VDM Ravella, vacated his office
on the return of Dr Prasada Rao VDM Ravella to the State of Andhra
Pradesh on January 08, 2007.
-Lanco Global Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of
the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2007, inter alia, has
shifted the registered office from Lanco House, 141 Avenue #8, Road
No 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, A.P. to 8-2-293/82/A/796/B, Road No
36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, A.P. with effect from December 15,
2007.

-Ybrant-LGS merger gets in-principle nod from the Exchanges.
2012
-Microsoft Advertising expands presence to Cities outside Delhi-NCR,
Mumbai and Bangalore- appoints Ybrant Digital Limited as the Sales
House.
-The global digital marketing company, announced that the High Court
of Andhra Pradesh has approved its merger with LGS Global Limited.
-The name of the Company has been changed from LGS GLOBAL LIMITED' to
YBRANT DIGITAL LIMITED.
-Ybrant Digital Limited (formerly known as LGS Global Ltd.) gets
listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
2014
-Ybrant Digital agrees to acquire minority stake in Jobookit Holdings
Ltd.
-The company name has been changed form Ybrant Digital Limited to
Lycos Internet Limited.

Lycos Internet Limited has said that it has changed its name to
Brightcom Group Limited.
2020
-The Company hss said that our new product B-local. This is a
service to provide ad opportunities in local markets by working with
news agencies that publish authentic news. The Company launched
B-local in the US early this year and is beginning to see traction
during the COVID period.
-Brightcom Group Ltd. has said that Board of Directors of the
Company, at its meeting held on 28 June 2021, has recommended the
issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:4.
