Edward Coristine, a 19-year old engineer known as "big balls" over internet has resigned from the US Federal government, Wired reported citing multiple sources. He was recruited by Elon Musk for the Department of Government Effeciency (DOGE).

He got his online name “Big Balls” from a funny note a friend gave him in high school.

Coristine was earlier working for Musk's Neuralin and LesserEvil , his father's snack company. He founded Tesal.Sexy that manages web domain.

He was removed from a cybersecurity company, Path Network for allegedly leaking proprietary information.

He was last month appointed as a Senior Advisor at the GS-15 pay grade within the General Services Administration (GSA).

The Wired said that he attended a lot of important meetings during his tenure including a May 5 discussion with the Commerce Department about President Donald Trump's “golden visa” program and a May 22 meeting with the Treasury Department.

According to reports, he is the grandson of a former KGB agent Valery Martynov who was executed by the Soviet Union for acting as a double agent.
