The Epstein Files have been in the spotlight since last year, with renewed attention following the release of the final tranche of documents by the US Justice Department just days ago.

Amid this, a blue quarter-zip sweater once worn by Jeffrey Epstein has gone viral on social media. The renewed attention around the convicted child sex offender has coincided with images and videos of the quarter-zip circulating widely online.

Far-right commentator Nick Fuentes was also seen wearing the jacket on his show, triggering significant online chatter.

Social media users reacted swiftly. One user wrote on X, “Nick Fuentes if you can hear me, please drop the Epstein quarter zip in white."

Another post read, “Jeffrey Epstein's quarter zip has been BLOWING up on x and all socials recently. It's been getting insane attention from both sides since Nick Fuentes released it on his store a few days ago. It's been BLOWING up on TikTok as well.”

A third user pointed to its apparent popularity online, saying, “Bro. I just looked up ‘DHGate’ on Google and the first product that pops up is the Epstein quarter zip…”.

A February 2 post on X further claimed, “Tiktok shop is now selling replicas of Jeffery Epsteins quarter zip sweater. Multiple stores on Tiktok have variants of them. Ballpark estimate of over 1000+ sold.” The post also included an AI-generated video of Epstein recommending the product.

The quarter-zip is described as blue in colour, featuring a red logo and a US flag patch on the arm. Another social media user claimed that fashion retailer Zara was also selling the quarter-zip.

A video purportedly shot inside a Zara store showed a person trying on the jacket, though HT.com said it could not independently verify the video.

Fuentes faced backlash online for wearing the Epstein quarter-zip. “This is the classic ‘midwit’,” one person wrote on X.

Responding to criticism, Fuentes said, “I just don't understand not getting it, like it's just funny.” He also listed the item on his personal merchandise website, with an alleged screenshot showing the quarter-zip priced at $70.
