OnePlus announces doorstep pickup & drop for repairs and service across the country: What’s covered, availability and other details

OnePlus has expanded its customer service footprint in India by launching a doorstep pickup and drop facility for device repairs and service. This new initiative now covers over 19,000 pincodes across the country, aiming to deliver seamless after-sales support, especially to users in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The doorstep pickup and drop service is designed for all OnePlus smartphone users, including those with out-of-warranty devices. The service includes free pickup and drop logistics, health check-ups, software updates, and zero service charges on select repairs under specific conditions. The service is applicable to a wide range of hardware and software issues, with an emphasis on customer convenience.

OnePlus will handle the entire process—from device pickup to diagnosis and repairs—at no additional cost for logistics. For out-of-warranty users, repair charges may apply depending on the issue, but service charges are waived during select periods such as the OnePlus Service Camp.

As of June 25, 2025, the free doorstep repair service is available across 19,000+ pincodes in India. This extensive rollout aims to bring support services to users even in remote regions. Customers can schedule pickups through multiple channels, including:

• Call centres

• Live chat on the official OnePlus website

• Verified WhatsApp support

• Email-based customer care

The service is part of the brand’s Project Starlight, a Rs 6,000 crore initiative launched in late 2024 to strengthen its customer experience across the country.

In parallel, OnePlus is hosting a Service Camp across its service centres nationwide from June 20 to June 30, 2025. During this period, users can get free device check-ups and software updates. Those with out-of-warranty phones are eligible for zero service charges on select repairs. This camp further reflects the brand’s focus on user satisfaction and proactive service.
