MakeMyTrip has introduced a new AI-powered feature called ‘Collections’, designed to make finding the perfect hotel or homestay easier and more personalized. This smart tool uses Generative AI (GenAI) and deep traveler insights to organize stay options into curated themes, helping users quickly find accommodations that match their needs.

The AI model analyses past searches, booking patterns, and customer reviews to provide tailored recommendations. It also learns from user interactions, improving suggestions over time.

For example, a luxury traveler will see high-end hotels similar to their past bookings, while a budget traveler will get affordable stay options. Families with kids will find accommodations that focus on safety and child-friendly amenities.

By using AI to streamline hotel discovery, MakeMyTrip aims to help travelers make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions when booking their stays.
