iQoo Z9x with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, 6000mAh battery launched in India: Price, specs, and more

iQoo has launched its latest budget smartphone, the IQoo Z9x in India. The smartphone was earlier launched in China and Malaysia. It has a slim design with a 7.99mm thickness, and still houses a big 6000mAh battery. Other than that, it’s one of the cheapest phones in India to be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset.

The iQoo Z9x has a starting price of Rs 11,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The other two variants with 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage are priced at Rs 14,499 and Rs 15,999 respectively.

There is additional Rs 1,000 discount through SBI and ICICI cards for all the variants. Additionally, iQoo has also provided Rs 500 coupon discount with the 6GB and 8GB models.

The smartphone will be available from May 21 at noon on Amazon and iQoo India’s website.

The iQoo Z9x has a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1000nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with upto 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded inside the power button.

It is backed up by a 6000mAh battery with 44W charging support support. iQoo claims that a 10 minute charge can provide upto 10 hours of battery life. In terms of optics, the Z9x has a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone has an 8MP front camera.

iQoo has also provided IP64 water and dust rating with this phone. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and a USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging.
