Chinese smartphone maker iQOO has launched its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO 13, in India today. It is the second Snapdragon 8 Elite phone to launch in India and has a 6,000mAh battery. It also comes with a new customizable Halo light ring, and 50MP triple rear cameras, and runs on Android 15, along with Vivo's Funtouch OS 15 skin.
iQ00 13: Price, availability
The iQOO 13 price has a starting price of Rs 54,999 for the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is also available in a 16GB + 512GB variant that is priced at Rs 59,999. The iQOO 13 is available in Legend and Nardo Grey colour shades.
Customers will be able to purchase the iQOO 13 starting on December 11 via Amazon and the iQOO e-store. HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank debit and credit card holders can avail of a discount of Rs. 3,000, while Vivo and iQOO device owners can exchange their older handsets for up to Rs 5,000 discount.
iQOO 13: Specifications, features
The iQOO 13 features a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. It also has Schott Alpha certification for protection against accidental scratches and drops. It’s powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with Adreno 830 GP and comes with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
In terms of optics, the smartphone has a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP Sony IMX816 telephoto lens with 4X optical zoom. For selfies, you get a 32MP front camera. The iQOO 13 houses a 6,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. However, it doesn’t have wireless charging support.
It runs Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box and will get four years of OS upgrades and five years of security updates. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
