Fallout 76 is free for a limited time

US-based game developer and publisher Bethesda Softworks has made Fallout 76 free for a limited time. If you plan to jump in for free into the Wasteland from your Xbox or PC, then you can do so until February 5. On the PlayStation platform, however, Fallout 76 is free to play only till February 4.

There is also a free item in store for Fallout 76 players. Those who log into Fallout 76 until February 3 can claim the Yao Guai Rug from the Atomic Shop.

Fallout 76 is getting a new update in February. With the new Fallout 76 update, the developers plan to fix/address the following issues:

• Build Menu appearing empty due to a skin applied to the C.A.M.P. Module.
• The “New” category of the Pip-Boy acting erratically.
• Grunt and Head Hunts only providing 1-Star enemies.
• C.A.M.P. items that were purchased with Gold Bullion not appearing
• Cryo Status effects and damage not applying to enemies.”

Fallout 76 recently got the Burning Springs update. Set in a post-apocalyptic Ohio, the update adds both old and new threats in the charred remains, now known as the Burning Springs in the game world.

The Burning Springs update introduced Bounty Hunting missions to Fallout 76. The update also brought “The Ghoul” from the Fallout television series to the game. There are plenty of Bounty Hunting missions you can get from the Ghouls.

The game update added new challenges, quests and public events. For example, players have the chance to face a Super Mutant warlord called the Rust King and also local animals like the Rad Hog.
