Apple is set to host its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) next week and the Cupertino-based tech giant should reveal its artificial intelligence (AI) plans for the coming years in this event. Several reports have suggested that Apple has also partnered with OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, to provide users with generative AI-based responses from its voice assistant Siri.
A new report by Bloomberg now suggests that Apple is expected to announce updates for all of its operating systems. Apple’s iOS for iPhones, iPadOS for iPads, macOS for Macbooks, watchOS for Apple Watches, tvOS for Apple TVs, and visionOS for Apple AR devices like Vision Pro are set to receive AI-based updates.
The report also states that several AI features will be deeply integrated into many system apps. Apple is also prioritising integrating the technology while keeping the security and privacy of all of its devices. We can expect these features to be first available on the lates Apple devices like the Apple iPhone 15 Pro series and the latest iPad Pro and Macbooks.

A new summarisation tool to condense articles, web pages, meeting notes, SMS, emails, and notifications missed.
Siri will be AI-based and allow precise control within apps for custom actions like editing photos, reading and summarizing articles, taking screenshots, and more.
Apple's development software Xcode will help in writing codes automatically.
New AI-based emoji generation feature.
Voice Memos will offer automatic recording transcription similar to Google’s Gemini and Samsung’s Galaxy AI.
New email categorisation for the iOS Mail app.
The Photos app is also expected to receive AI-based photo editing tools like Google’s Magic Eraser.
