A man from Bengaluru took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his pleasant experience after using Blinkit. In his “appreciation post”, Tanay Srivastava informed how he got a gujiya mould delivered in just three minutes. His post also caught the attention of Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa.
According to Srivastava, his mother’s gujiya mould had broken and he couldn’t get out and get one immediately. He turned to Blinkit, an online grocery and quick-commerce service, and ordered one gujiya mould for his mother. To his pleasant surprise, he got his order delivered in a record three minutes.
"APPRECIATION POST. Mom’s gujiya mould broke. Couldn’t go to get one immediately. Ordered from @letsblinkit. It arrived in 3 freakin' minutes. This is some level of operational excellence @albinder. Two years back I believed Blinkit is weak operationally. Perspective changed," Srivastava wrote.

"Blinkit took its name way too seriously," one user wrote. Another user commented, "Agree with you! Happened to get most of my orders in 6-12 mins. I stopped stepping out of home for literally anything. All my neighbourhood shops sell at MRP only and I pay the same at Blinkit and might get some offers too. Long live Zepto & Blinkit."
