Rakul Preet Singh, Jackky Bhagnani headed to Goa for destination wedding?

Actor Rakul Preet Singh and actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani are all set to get married on February 21. Although they have not divulged the destination, in all likelihood it seems to be a Goa wedding.

The couple who embarked on a relationship four years ago, have been tight-lipped about the private ceremony and have not put up any images of the pre-wedding celebrations on their social media, except for an image from an Akhand Paath. Post the elaborate wedding, there will reportedly be a grand reception in Mumbai for their friends and colleagues from the film industry.

Singh, who started her film career with Kannada, Telugu and Tamil cinema, made her debut in Hindi cinema with Yaariyan in 2014 and has done films such as Aiyaary (2016), De De Pyaar De (2019) and Runway 34 (2022). She has a couple of films slated for release in different languages in the near future.

As for Jackky Bhagnani, producer Vashu Bhagnani’s son started his career as an actor but failed to deliver with below-par films such as Kal Kissne Dekha (2009) and Ajab Gazzab Love (2012), among others. He made his debut as a producer with the critically acclaimed Sarbjit (2016). He is active both as an actor and producer. His next big venture as a co-producer - Eid 2024 release Bade Miyan Chote Miyan - stars Akshay Kumar, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tiger Shroff, Sonakshi Sinha and Alaya F, among others.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, the Doctor G actress has said about her relationship with the actor, “It’s never one mantra. But something that I think is extremely important, is being complete in yourself first... that’s something that both Jackky (Bhagnani) and I have spoken about... the understanding that you know of your shortcomings and work on your relationship with absolutely no insecurities. If one of the partners is insecure, the relationship cannot be healthy. And it boils down to being complete in yourself as a person to be able to be more giving in a relationship.”
