A four-storey building in Delhi's Bhajanpura area collapsed on Wednesday, police officials said. Although the reason for the collapse is yet to be ascertained, a video doing viral on social media shows the building tilting until it finally crashes onto the road, tearing through electric lines and making people flee in panic, screaming.
According to police officials, the fire department received information at 3:05 pm and a rescue operation is underway, news agency ANI reported. There have been no casualties or injuries as the building was vacated 12 days ago after being declared ‘dangerous’, officials said.
