Two persons were injured in a fire-related incident in a bottling plant of Indian Oil Corporation in Sitapura area near here, police said.

The incident occurred when the employees were filling gas in tankers and a minor fire broke out due to some mishandling, Nawab Khan, SHO, Sanganer Sadar, said.

The flames were, however, doused quickly and a major fire incident was averted, he said. Two drivers who received burn injuries were admitted to a nearby hospital where their condition is stable, he said, adding, that a case was registered against the IOC.
