Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan recently had his first experience of travelling through the coastal road tunnel in Mumbai and shared a video of passing through the underground passage on social media.
Writing on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, the 81-year-old actor referred to the tunnel as "a marvel" and said that he entered the tunnel before Haji Ali and was "out Half way to Marine Drive".
"Went first time in the tunnel - Enter before Haji Ali and out Half way to Marine Drive. a Marvel," Bachchan wrote on the social media platform with a video of his journey through the tunnel.

The video saw several retweets and comments from users, some of whom complimented the government for building the infrastructure while a few others urged Bachchan to travel on the Atal Setu.
"Thanks to Maharashtra Government and Nitin Gadkari ji," one user wrote.
"I'm glad you liked it, sir! Mumbai's modern roadways truly are a marvel unlike any other. Thank you for sharing, love you @Srbachchan sir," another user wrote.
"Try Atal Tunnel sir," a third user wrote.
The first phase was inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on March 11 with motorists able to cover the Worli to Marine Drive stretch in 10 minutes as compared to the 40-45 minutes that it took earlier.
The work on the project began in October 2018 and its projected cost is Rs 12,721 crore. The second phase will be opened for traffic by May 15 this year.
