Konami releases CG trailer for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

Konami has released a new trailer for its upcoming hack-and-slash game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. The trailer has been launched in preparation for the looming release of the game.The trailer uses cutscenes from throughout the game to give an idea about the story that the game will follow. It features Raiden's conversation with different bosses from the game. It also gives hints about Raiden's transformation from an idealistic soldier to what seems like a complete monster who loves killing.Konami had recently released another trailer that gave us a look at some of the moves Raiden will be able to learn throughout the game. The trailer shows us some of the moves that Raiden can learn, such as Thunderstrike, Lightning Strike, Falling Lightning, Sky High, Sweeping Kick and Stormbringer. There are even skills that let you attack more than one enemy without paying attention to the others.It was revealed back in February that copies of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will include a code that will let you download the Gray Fox Cyborg Ninja costume DLC.The Cyborg Ninja costume is based on the original Cyborg Ninja from Metal Gear Solid. The Cyborg Ninja, named Gray Fox, was an old ally of Solid Snake, who critically injured Fox in a fight during the Outer Haven incident. This led to Fox undergoing extensive surgery to become the Cyborg Ninja. He is in Metal Gear Solid as a boss fight and later helps the Snake battle Metal Gear REX.This costume was probably included as Raiden is one of the least popular characters in the Metal Gear canon. Raiden became the new cyborg ninja between the events of Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4.
