Ubisoft announces new first-person RPG in the Might & Magic series

Ubisoft has announced a new game in the Might & Magic series, titled Might & Magic X Legacy. The game has been developed by Limbic Entertainment and is set to be a new RPG. The game is set to be the first in the first-person RPG series after the abysmal Might & Magic IX was released more than a decade ago.The story of the Might & Magic games take place in the same world as that of the Heroes games. This one in particular will follow the events of Might & Magic Heroes VI. In the wake of the events in Might & Magic Heroes VI, you will play in a party of four adventurers entangled in intrigue and political machinations unfolding in and around Karthal.  The city, on the verge of secession, is prey to competing factions vying for its control.  Your actions will determine the fate of the city.  Might & Magic X Legacy is an authentic solo experience in the classic first-person RPG genre. Create and lead your group into an exciting world and battle powerful mythical creatures while collecting ancient magical treasures.  The game will feature a turn-based combat system. Essentially, the game will still be following most of the gameplay formula of the Heroes games but with changes made in it so that it will appeal to a wider audience.
