According to Authority officials, these plots are located in Sectors 17, 18 and 20 near the upcoming Noida International Airport in the Jewar region along Yamuna Expressway. Filmmaker Boney Kapoor has recently submitted a master plan consisting of the layout for the Film City project’s first phase spread across 230 acres, to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority for approval. The construction work is likely to begin at the site from January end after the approval of the master plan.

'New Agra' will come up along Yamuna Expressway and will roughly be located around 190 km from Noida and around 140 km from the upcoming Noida Airport in Jewar. The land for New Agra will be procured from 60 villages in Etmadpur tehsil of the city of Agra.

Since the expressway's construction in 2012, the Uttar Pradesh government approved annual toll hikes until 2015, when it directed Yeida to manage future increases. The recent decision was made during Yeida's board meeting, aimed at allowing the toll operator to collect approximately Rs 1 crore daily.
The allotment rate is likely to be around Rs 25,900 per square metre, at which the smallest 120 sq m plot will cost around Rs 31.08 lakh while the 162 sq m plot Rs 41.95 lakh.

According to the officials, of the total 6,065 hectares, 4,076 hectares will be acquired through land acquisition process and 1,609 hectares will be purchased directly from farmers through mutual agreement while 380 hectares will be reclaimed as it is the government land.
These plots can be used for the construction of hospitals, nursing homes, nursery schools and child welfare and maternity centre. The Authority aims to raise close to Rs 100 crore from the plots
The group housing scheme was floated on August 1 and will close on August 30, 2024. The e-auction will be condusted on September 30. The plots are located along Yamuna Expressway near Noida International Airport. The Yamuna Exprfessway authority is aiming to get at least around Rs 1,407 crore from allotment of these plots.
The YEIDA sold these plots cumulatively for around Rs 246.44 crore. Both the group housing plots are located in sector 22D off Yamuna Expressway which connects Greater Noida with the heritage cities of Mathura and Agra.
These residential plots are located in proximity with Noida International Airport and Yamuna Expressway. The last date to apply for the scheme is August 5, 2024. The allotment of plots will be done through lucky draw which will be organised on September 20, 2024.
Yamuna Expressway Authority will develop a multimodal logistics park near Noida airport in Tappal region. A total of 950 hectares has been earmarked for the logistics park but the first phase of the project will be developed in 200-hectares of land.
Officials said that with the signing of the concession agreement, the Bayview Projects LLP has also been handed over the allotted land parcel to start construction work for the first phase of the project. The first phase of the project will be built on 230 acres of land while the total area earmarked for the project is 1000 acre. Estimated investment is above Rs 1500 crore.
The Yamuna Expressway Authority will acquire the land from 40 villages including Tappal-Bajna (771 hectares), Karauli Bangar (250 hectares), Muradgarhi (336 hectares), Rabupura (994 hectares), Tirthali (479 hectares), Mayana (252 hectares), Kallupura (218 hectares) and Mudrah (290 hectares) among others.
This time, around 6,000 smaller plots measuring up to 30 sq m and larger size plots of between 200 sq m and 4,000 sq m will be on offer, and will be allotted in three sectors near the new airport.
According to officials, developers owe around Rs 44,700 crore to the authorities in Gautam Budh Nagar. The dues for the Yamuna Expressway Authority stand at Rs 4,700 crore.

The Yamuna Expressway Authority aims to make revenue of at least Rs 450 crore by the allotment of these group housing plots near Noida Airport. The last time YEIDA had allotted group housing plots was in 2014. The scheme closes on May 20, 2024 and the e-auction will be conducted on June 10, 2024.
