Twenty-seven people, including 21 women, have died in the blaze that started on the first floor of the four-storey building on Friday.
According to the FIR registered in connection with the case, on Friday, around 4 pm, a motivational programme was organised for all employees and they were assembled at the second floor of the building.
The North Delhi civic body also ordered the zonal commissioners to conduct a detailed survey in their areas to find out if any prohibited activity is going on in non-conforming areas to prevent the recurrence of such a tragic incident.
Earlier, the police had put the number of missing people to 29 but later revised it to 19. According to officials, of the 27 dead, 21 are women.

"A magisterial enquiry has been ordered into the incident. The families of the deceased will be given a compensation of Rs 10 lakh, while the injured will be given Rs 50,000," the chief minister said.
