The hypermarket chain operator has set a price range of 1.94 dirhams to 2.04 dirhams per share, according to a statement on Monday. The top end of the price range implies a market capitalization of 21.1 billion dirhams.

Abu Dhabi-based Lulu Group was founded by Indian entrepreneur Yusuff Ali, who set up the first Lulu store in the early 1990s during a years-long oil boom in the Gulf region.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this effect was signed on Monday by Pooja Kulkarni, Managing Director and CEO of Tamil Nadu Industrial Guidance & Export Promotion Bureau and Ashraf Ali MA, Executive Director of Lulu Group, the company said in a statement.
According to the MOU, the group will set up a shopping mall between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar which will create employment to more than 5,000 people.
