Will Charles 'Serpent' Sobhraj be forever in jail?

Nepal has changed its jail guidelines, to allow the release of Nepali prisoners over 72 years. However, Charles Sobhraj, 76, convicted of two murders and suspected to have connections with Nepal's drug circuit, smugglers, money launderers and underworld dons, may not qualify.
Margins constrained by the provisioning: Man Industries

RC Mansukhani, group chairman of Man Industries tells CNBC-TV18 that the profitability for Q4 fell by almost Rs 12 crore due to the provisioning of about Rs 30 crore in Q4 for the court cases etc.
