In a no-holds-barred attack on the Congress for referring to entrepreneurs as 'COVID variants' and opposing 'Make-in-India,' the PM also blamed the grand-old party for instigating migrant labourers to breach lockdown in the first wave of the pandemic.

The Budget Session commenced on January 31 with the President’s address to the joint Houses of Parliament. In his address, he listed the government’s achievements amid the COVID-19 crisis, especially the steps to fight the pandemic.
