Ram Mandir inauguration: Mukesh Ambani, Sunil Bharti Mittal headline list of industry leaders at consecration ceremony

A host of well-known personalities have descended upon Ayodhya as the much-awaited Ram Mandir inauguration takes place today. The 'Pran Pratistha' (consecration ceremony) of Ram Lalla will be presided upon by Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with the temple priests. With the ceremony already in full flow, a host of public figures from the world of business reached the venue.

Reliance Group Chairman Mukesh Ambani arrived at the venue to join in the iconic ceremony. He is not the only bigwig from the world of business as Sunil Bharti Mittal was also present. The founder and chairman of Bharti Enterprises was spotted at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya along with some friends and associates.

Zoho CEO Sridhar Vembu also was spotted attending the ceremony along with his family and shared pictures on his X profile.

"In Ayodhya with my amma Janaki and my brother Kumar and his wife Anu. Amma is a life-long devotee of Lord Shri Ram. Very blessed to be here. Jai Shri Ram," Vembu posted on his X.

OYO Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ritesh Agarwal also landed in Ayodhya and took to his X account to post a video of himself at the venue. He captioned it, "Shortly the gates will open and we will all enter the temple. It's an architectural marvel to see the temple up close and artisans all over the country have contributed to building this structure from the ground up."

Nishant Pitti, who is the co-founder of EaseMyTrip, spoke to media person while entering the venue. He said, "This is like a historic moment for every Indian. We got goosebumps as soon as we came here..."

Aditya Birla Group chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla also arrived soon after to partake in the ceremony.

The biggest names on this list unsurprisingly are from the Ambani family. Prior to his older brother Mukesh's arrival, industrialist Anil Ambani arrived in Ayodhya with Bollywood father-son superstar duo of Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan.

A bit later, Akash Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, along with his wife Shloka Mehta arrived at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. He told awaiting media persons, “This day will be written in the pages of history, we are happy to be here".
