Sahil Dhaneshra, a 23-year-old man, who was killed in a road accident recently after an SUV collided with his motorcycle, was a “driven young achiever”.

A report by NDTV stated that a look inside Sahil’s room reveals dreams that now remain unfinished. Framed photographs rest neatly on his study table beside a stack of books and a laptop. A poster nearby captures his ambition: “They want to fly first class. I want to own the plane.”

Dozens of medals hang on the adjacent wall — silent reminders of past victories. Across the room, handwritten lines speak of relentless drive. “Obsession is gonna beat talent,” read one message scrawled on the wall. On the ceiling, he had marked what appears to be a personal milestone — a number symbolising a goal he was chasing.

“2025 will be my year,” he had written confidently, adding, “$1,000,000 year!”

In another scribble, Sahil defined “D” as “dream” and “discipline”.

On February 3, Inna Maakan received a phone call that would change her life forever — her son had met with a fatal accident. By the time she reached the spot and rushed him to the hospital, it was already too late.

The police had found an SUV, a car and a motorcycle in an accidental condition at the spot.

In a public appeal, Sahil’s mother, Inna Makan, alleged that the occupants of the SUV were filming stunt videos for social media at the time of the crash.

“My son was on his way to the office on February 3,” she said. “They were out in the Scorpio making fun reels. The speed at which the vehicle was being driven is clearly visible in the video. It was in the wrong lane, came directly in front of a bus and a stunt was performed.”

Describing herself as a single mother who raised her son on her own, she appealed to media organisations and residents of Dwarka to support her quest for justice. She also urged parents to be more vigilant and to speak to their children about responsible driving and road safety.
