Bulk deals: Motilal Oswal, Kotak MF buy Rs 325 cr worth of stake in Minda Corp, Verlinvest sells stake in Sula Vineyards

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 4,370,000 shares or 1.82 percent stake in the company at Rs 403, buying Rs 176.11 crore worth of equity stake.

Minda Corporation was the centre of action in the bulk deals counter in BSE as Kotak Mutual Fund and Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought Rs 324.96 crore worth of equity stake in the company.

Investor Bella Agarwal offloaded her entire 1,08,50,700 shares or 4.53 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 403 valuing the deal at Rs 437.28 crore.

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 4,370,000 shares, a 1.82 percent stake, at Rs 403/share in the company valuing the total deal at Rs 176.11 crore. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund picked up 3,693,700 shares at the same price for Rs 148.85 crore.

Shares of Minda Corporation had closed 5.03 percent higher at Rs 426.65 on the BSE.

Malavika Hegde, CEO of Coffee Day Enterprises sold  40,00,000 shares or 1.89 percent stake at an average price of Rs 64.91.

Shares of Coffee Day Enterprises fell 6.36 percent to Rs 64 on NSE.

In Sula Vineyards, Morgan Stanley Asia PTE bought 8,65,500 shares at Rs 575 per share, buying Rs 49.76 crore worth of shares. Berlin Investment holding firm, Verlinvest Asia PTE sold their entire 7042275 shares at an average price of Rs 576.48, selling Rs 406.18 crore.. Mousserna LP sold 29,00,000 shares at an average price of Rs 575.48.

Sula Vineyards stock fell 8.02 percent to Rs 568.
