Rajat Bose of rajatkbose.com told CNBC-TV18, "I would say that one should continue to hold on to Tata Consultancy Services. As a retiree it is a good stock to really latch on to. Only thing is that this stock has not given much of a move. It has been range bound since mid-2014 between Rs 2,700 and Rs 2,400. Mostly the movement was constrained within Rs 2,500 and Rs 2,700. So when that barrier of Rs 2,700 is finally cleared, there would be a good up move and at the same time, it needs to be remembered that if Rs 2,400 gets decisively broken, there would be a fall and at that point in time, I would say if there were to be a decisive fall below Rs 2,400 then one has to book profits and get out. Otherwise, ne should continue to hold on."
At 15:27 hrs Tata Consultancy Services was quoting at Rs 2,498.00, down Rs 23.40, or 0.93 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 2,538.00 and an intraday low of Rs 2,491.00.
