Edserv Soft board approves fund raising; stock up

Edserv Softsystems touched an intraday high of Rs 141.70 and an intraday low of Rs 137.40. At 11:06 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 139.90, up Rs 3.20, or 2.34%.

The company board has approved fund raising of upto USD 35 million via GDR, reports CNBC-TV18.
