BPCL slips 2.6% post Dec qtr numbers

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has reported a net profit of Rs 187 crore for the quarter ended December 2010 as against Rs 379 crore in same quarter the previous year, reports CNBC-TV18. It touched an intraday high of Rs 601.40 and an intraday low of Rs 576.25. At 14:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 583, down Rs 15.90, or 2.65%.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) touched an intraday high of Rs 601.40 and an intraday low of Rs 576.25. At 14:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 583, down Rs 15.90, or 2.65%.

The company has reported a net profit of Rs 187 crore for the quarter ended December 2010 as against Rs 379 crore in same quarter the previous year, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 106,519 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.63% or Rs 3.75 at Rs 598.90.
