Atlas Copco (India) touched an intraday high of Rs 2,047 and an intraday low of Rs 1,960. At 11:25 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 2,001, down Rs 30.25, or 1.49%.

Total 12.1 lakh shares has tendered for delisting purpose. The company needs 18.3 lakh to delist. The maximum shares tendered at Rs 2500 per share. HDFC MF, DSP BlackRock and Sundram MF have offered shares at Rs 2500 per share, quoting Sources, reports CNBC-TV18.

The delisting floor price is at Rs 2250, which is revised upwards from Rs 1426 per share. The delisting offer will close tomorrow.
 
It was trading with volumes of 18,276 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.40% or Rs 28.90 at Rs 2,031.25.
