The founder of pharmaceutical firm Ideal Cures, Suresh Pareek and Veena S Pareek, have bought two apartments at the luxury Raheja Artesia property in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood for a total of Rs 190 crore, in one of the largest property deals since the beginning of the year.

The two units, on the 43rd floor of the building, have a total carpet area of 12,114 square feet, according to registration documents accessed by Zapkey. The Artesia development has been completed and delivered.

The documents show that the sellers of the units were K Raheja Corp chairman Chandru Raheja, and his wife Jyoti Raheja. K Raheja Corp, one of the most prominent builders in Mumbai, developed the Raheja Artesia project. The deals were registered on December 24, 2025, the documents show. In total, the two apartments have ten car parks allotted to them.

K Raheja Corp did not comment on the deal. Moneycontrol has reached out to Ideal Cures for comment on the matter, and the story will be updated once a response is received.

In 2022, Suresh Pareek had bought an apartment at Raheja Artesia for Rs 64.57 crore. Another promoter of a healthcare firm, Shiven Akshay Arora of Blue Jet Healthcare, bought an unit at the property for Rs 88 crore.

The property deal is a continuation of promoters of various firms, both listed and unlisted, investing significant sums into luxury real estate.

Last year's record housing deal was registered by pharmaceutical firm USV's promoter Leena Gandhi Tewari for Rs 639 crore at the under construction Naman Xana development, while a firm linked to Godrej Industries chairman emeritus Adi Godrej's daughter Tanya Dubhas bought an apartment at the same development for Rs 226 crore.
