1. Aamby Valley is spread over 8,167 acres of contiguous land at taluka Mulshi, Lonavala, Maharashtra. Out of which an area measuring 318.962 acres is sold as on date. The company has already sold over 700 properties and at present many people are using the property as their first or second home. Sources say that the company had sold 1 acre, 2 acres, and half acre villas to high networth individuals in the early 2000s. Most of these properties then were sold for a couple of crores upwards as second homes. These do not form part of the present auction or sale.
2. Aamby Valley city has a sanctioned Master Plan from Town Planning Authority and Collector of Pune for 5,587.623 acres that comprises eight villages. As many as 1,493.025 acres of land under process for sanctioning. Another additional land parcel of 1,089.760 acres is proposed for expansion of Aamby Valley City. All these land banks cumulatively total up to 8,170.40 acres of contiguous land
3. What exists currently? Private villas, cricket stadium, an operational helipad. The property has a British PGA approved 18 hole floodlit championship golf course which is spread across 256 acres of land with a fully equipped golf academy.
4. It offers water sports such as jet boats, jet ski kayaks, floating volleyball and basketball and rides. Other facilities include rock climbing, jungle safari, paintball shooting, also hosts India’s first skydiving centre.
5. The area is 22 minutes from Mumbai and 15 minutes from Pune by air. By road it takes about two hours to reach from Mumbai. It takes about 1 hour 45 minutes to reach the city from Pune.
