CRC Group launches ultra-luxury residential project in Greater Noida with revenue potential of Rs 3,200 crore

Noida-based real estate developer CRC Group has launched a new ultra-luxury residential project "CRC The Peridona," in Jaypee Green in Greater Noida with a revenue potential of Rs 3200 crore.

The company announced on July 17 that the new project will attract a total investment of Rs 1,500 crore (excluding land costs). The project's financing will be a combination of internal accruals and construction finance.

“CRC The Peridona” will be located within the Jaypee Greens Golf Course in Greater Noida and will have a development potential of 3.1 million square feet (msf) while the saleable area will be 2.1 msf and the remaining space will be dedicated to a nature park and golf course.

The company stated that the project will span seven acres and feature seven towers, each approximately 42 floors or 160 meters in height.

The project will be just a 20-minute drive from the upcoming Noida International Airport situated along the Yamuna Expressway.

Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO of CRC Group, stated that the development will feature 341 exclusive apartments, which will be sold on an invitation-only basis.

“These ultra-luxury homes will range from over 4,900 sq ft (4 BHK) to expansive duplex apartments of around 10,000 sq ft. Additionally, there will be two exclusive villas, each measuring approximately 15,000 sq ft,” he said.

Residents will enjoy views of the golf course and nature park. A highlight of the project is its 18-hole night golf course and a sprawling clubhouse measuring over 1 lakh sq ft.

He said that the project will be supported by world-class design and architecture. This development reflects CRC’s ambition to set a new benchmark for luxury living in the NCR.

“The project is envisioned to establish an international standard in luxury condominiums. From the eco-sensitive design elements and lush green zones to serene water bodies and an iconic clubhouse, every aspect of the ecosystem has been thoughtfully crafted to create one of the finest residential environments in the country,” he said.

Global Collaboration and Prime Location

CRC Group has tied up with a number of international design and architecture consultants for the project, including Killa Design, known for Dubai’s Museum of the Future.

The company has also onboarded New York-based Rockwell Group, which has designed the renowned DLF The Camellias club in Gurugram.

Apart from these, CRC has also partnered with Gensler Architects for architectural design, SWA Group for sustainable landscape design, and MACE, a global firm specialising in project management.
