Stocks to Watch
The company has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 100% stake in Inzpera Healthsciences for Rs 110.65 crore. With this acquisition, Inzpera will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The company has launched its ninth hotel property in Uttarakhand — the Lemon Tree Hotel, Mall of Dehradun, Dehradun — comprising 98 rooms. The hotel is managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.
The Board has approved the appointment of Raktimanu Das as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective November 4.
The Board will meet on November 6 to consider a proposal for raising funds of up to Rs 5,000 crore through qualified institutions placement(s), rights issue, preferential allotment, or private placement(s).
The company will invest Rs 100 crore in its subsidiary, Redstart Labs (India). Redstart Labs is an internet company with direct and indirect investments in technology companies.
Bulk Deals
NBFC Authum Investment & Infrastructure, which already held a 15.89% shareholding as of September 2025, has bought an additional 18 lakh shares (equivalent to 2.6% of paid-up equity) in the steel wire rope manufacturing company at Rs 210 per share, amounting to Rs 37.8 crore.
Alpana Sanjay Dangi was the seller of the above 2.6% stake. As per the September shareholding pattern, she held 7.61% shares in Bharat Wire Ropes.
India Opportunities Growth Fund – Pinewood Strategy offloaded 10.04 lakh shares in the technology solutions and services provider at Rs 550 per share for Rs 55.2 crore, and 9.95 lakh shares at Rs 550.03 per share for Rs 54.75 crore.
Invesco Mutual Fund bought 1.52 lakh shares (0.54% stake) in Dredging Corporation at Rs 851.7 per share, amounting to Rs 13 crore.
Nippon Mutual Fund sold 29.58 lakh shares in Fineotex Chemical at Rs 33.2 per share for Rs 9.82 crore.
Exhicon Events Media Solutions
Alternate Investment Fund India Equity Fund sold 2.49 lakh shares (1.89% stake) in Exhicon Events Media Solutions at Rs 447.15 per share, valued at Rs 11.15 crore, compared to its 3.53% shareholding at the end of September 2025.
