
S Gupta Holding on February 13 has acquired 1.2 percent equity stake in Apollo Pipes, and additional 0.53 percent shares in SG Finserve via open market transactions.
Apollo Pipes shares rose 1.29 percent to Rs 319.05, while SG Finserve stock fell 2.18 percent to Rs 405.4 after couple of day of correction.
S Gupta Holding has bought 2.75 lakh shares in PVC pipes maker Apollo Pipes at Rs 317.1 per share, and 2.5 lakh shares at Rs 317 per share, totalling to 1.19 percent stake worth Rs 16.64 crore.
Further, promoter entity S Gupta Holding picked up 3 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.53 percent of paid-up equity) in SG Finserve, the non-banking finance company, at Rs 408.26 per share for Rs 12.24 crore.
Meanwhile, Mercer QIF Fund Plc - Mercer Investment Fund 1, managed by Mercer Global Investments Management, sold 19.04 lakh shares (0.58 percent stake) in Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth, at Rs 308.91 per share for Rs 58.82 crore. However, the stock rose 0.74 percent to finish at Rs 301.45.
