The existing investors of Oberoi Realty are likely to sell 3 percent stake in the company via a block deal, a report by CNBC-TV18 said on July 22. The total block size of the deal is likely to be around $230 million with the floor price set at 1,753.2 per share, the report said.

The floor price is at a discount of 4 percent compared to today’s closing price.

The shares of the real estate firm closed 0.58 percent lower at Rs 1,824 on NSE on July 22.

Separately, the investors of Lodha Developers are also set to sell 1 percent stake in the company via a block deal, the channel reported.

Lodha’s block deal size is likely to be at $165 million, with a floor price of Rs 1,384.6 per share. The developer’s floor price is set at a discount of 4 percent compared to today’s market price of Rs 1,443.9, which closed 0.33 percent lower on NSE.
