BNP Paribas buys over Rs 54 crore worth shares in Capri Global Capital from Morgan Stanley

BNP Paribas has acquired over Rs 54 crore worth shares in Capri Global Capital, the non-banking financial company founded in 1994, from Morgan Stanley via open market transactions on February 18.

Capri Global Capital shares rallied 3.1 percent to Rs 178.52 after three-day losing streak, forming long bullish candle on the daily charts.

BNP Paribas Financial Markets has bought 30.78 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.32 percent of paid-up equity) in the Capri Loans operator for Rs 54.2 crore from Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore), as per the block deals on Wednesday.

The transaction price for the above deal was Rs 176.2 per share.

Meanwhile, there was an exchange of Cohance Lifesciences shares between the entities related to Jasti family, the old promoters of Suven Pharma. The Jasti family in 2022 had sold a significant stake in Suven Pharmaceuticals to Advent International and later Advent International merged Suven with Cohance Lifesciences.

Jasub Property Holdings LLP has acquired 70 lakh shares (1.82 percent stake) in Cohance Lifesciences from Jasti Family Trust for Rs 216.3 crore. The share transfer has taken place at a price of Rs 309 per share.

As of December 2025, Jasti Property and Equity Holdings, the sole trustee of the Jasti Family Trust which owns Suven Life Sciences, held 6.41 percent stake in Cohance Lifesciences.

Cohance Lifesciences shares surged 5.54 percent to Rs 325.85 amid significant volumes on Wednesday, after hitting multi-year low in previous session.

Finavenue Growth Fund sold 1.05 lakh shares in Justo Realfintech at Rs 87.02 per share, amounting to Rs 91.37 lakh.
