The disclosure, made under Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, relates to the pledge of equity shares of Axiscades Technologies Limited in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited.
The shares were encumbered as security for a loan availed by Jupiter Capital Private Limited.
Prior to the encumbrance, the acquirer held no shares with voting rights or shares in the nature of encumbrance. Following the acquisition, the total number of shares under encumbrance remains at 25,00,000, accounting for 5.88% of the total share/voting capital.
