Awfis Space Solutions Limited has facilitated eBay's expansion into Bengaluru with a 67,000 sq. ft. innovation hub at Embassy Tech Village. This new office will support eBay's strategic functions and accelerate its AI-first commerce strategy.
The innovation hub will drive advancements in artificial intelligence, engineering, product development, and applied research. Located in North Bengaluru, Embassy Tech Village offers robust connectivity and access to commercial and social infrastructure.

As of June 2025, Awfis has 39 operational centres in Bengaluru, offering state-of-the-art amenities. The company also recently launched 2 Elite centres at Manyata Tech Park and Prestige Venus, offering approximately 80,000 sq ft. of super built-up space. The mandate was facilitated by Zinnov, a global consulting firm.
