Business-to-business (B2B) apparel sourcing platform Showroom B2B is in advanced discussions to raise $17-18 million (around Rs 150-160 crore) in a funding led by Cactus Partners, sources told Moneycontrol.
The round, which is expected to be a mix of equity and debt, is also likely to see participation from investors including Jungle Ventures, Zephyr Peacock, Alteria Capital and Lighthouse Canton.
How will Showroom B2B use the fresh capital?
People aware of the matter said the company is stepping up its manufacturing-led execution to gain tighter control over production timelines, quality and costs, particularly for organised retailers and brand-led sourcing programmes.
Part of the capital will also be used to strengthen backend systems that coordinate factories, suppliers and buyers as volumes scale across domestic and export markets.
What are the company’s growth plans?
Confirming the development to Moneycontrol, Showroom B2B said the funding will support its next phase of growth, including scaling its manufacturing footprint and building more predictable, platform-led coordination across the apparel value chain.
Over the next 12–18 months, the company plans to deepen long-term sourcing partnerships with organised retailers, brands and buying houses. It did not disclose valuation details.
“This fundraise enables us to build a more resilient and transparent apparel supply chain for organised retail and brand-led sourcing programs,” said Abhishek Dua, co-founder of Showroom B2B. “Our focus has always been on execution—getting design, cost, quality and timelines right at scale. We will continue investing in systems, people and manufacturing capabilities that allow us to serve customers with greater speed, predictability and operational depth.”
What does Showroom B2B do?
Founded in 2020, Showroom B2B operates a phygital sourcing platform that connects apparel manufacturers with retailers and brands, combining physical experience centres with digital ordering to address inefficiencies in India’s fragmented apparel supply chain.
What funding has Showroom B2B raised previously?
Before this round, the company had raised $6.5 million in October 2023 in a round led by Jungle Ventures, with participation from Accion Venture Lab, Saison Capital and ICMG Partners, alongside existing backers and debt partners. Earlier, in January 2023, Showroom B2B had raised about $1.35 million in seed funding to build out its initial marketplace and experience-store model.
