Epic Games has finally launched its mobile game store – Epic Games Store – on Android and iOS devices. As a part of the Digital Markets Act, the Epic Games Store will be available on iOS in European Union regions only. However, on Android, the store is available globally.
If you are unaware, in 2020, Epic Games’ Fortnite was removed by Google and Apple from their respective app store over the 30% platform fee that both the tech giants charge from developers.
European Union soon intervened and as a part of the Digital Markets Act, where Apple is supposed to allow sideloading of apps as well as third-party marketplaces, Epic Games has announced its own game store which is now available to download on iOS (in the EU) and everywhere on Android.
Epic Games has also confirmed that it will bring its games to other independent mobile stores including AltStore PAL and has also partnered with other game developers to bring more games to the Epic Games Store.

Epic has launched the game store with a small selection of games. This includes Fortnite, all-new Fall Guys for mobile, Rocket League Sideswipe, etc. In addition to this, Epic has also announced the Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5, Season 4: Absolute Doo
How to download Epic Games Store on Android
The Epic Games Store isn’t available on Play Store as of now. So, users will have to download the APK file of the game and sideload it on their smartphone.
Head to the Epic Games website and look at the mobile store downloads
Download the APK file and enable the sideloading of apps on your phone
Once done, hit the Install button
