Persistent Systems is to announce its fourth quarter results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company's revenues are seen up 6.2% at Rs 207 crore versus Rs 194.9 crore.

Persistent Systems is to announce its fourth quarter results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company's revenues are seen up 6.2% at Rs 207 crore versus Rs 194.9 crore.

Its EBITDA is seen down 8.8 % at Rs 39 crore versus Rs 42.775 crore

EBITDA margin at 18.8% versus 21.94%

PAT is seen down 13.1% at Rs 31.5 crore versus Rs 36.24 crore.

Persistent Systems revenue growth to be fine, 10% mid term wage hike in Jan to impact margins.

FY11 Guidance to be met. FY12 guidance is the key and increase in IP based services key for margins 

Alert: FY11 USD revenue guidance of USD167m-170m (a growth of 31.2% - 33.5%)

9 month Revenues were USD 123.21 million

Q4 USD revenue growth expected at USD 45.5-46  - implying FY11 USD revenue at $168.7-$169.2m

Q4 Highlights

Co acquired infospectrum (on 2nd feb ) for $6m -  (integration likely to be completed + 1 brokerage expect $1m revenue in Q4 from this acquisition. Though full impact to show up in FY12. Acquisition of Infospectrum improves the company
