Teledata Marine Solutions (TMSL), a subsidiary of Teledata Informatics (TIL), looks after marine solution business.
According to the scheme of arrangement, TMSL has issued and allotted one equity share of Rs 2 each fully paid up for every two shares of Rs 10 each held in TIL as on the record date.The issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of TMSL post allotment of equity shares comes to Rs 1816.69 lakh consisting of 9,08,34,540 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up.TIL had hived off marine solution business into separate entity in the month of November.
